DMV Check In takes the customer ticket system to another level. Using a simple touch kiosk eliminates the need for a greeter and allows the customer to print a ticket the moment they walk in. Customers choose from the department list or reason for visit that you design. One touch and the ticket prints with the lettered queue number, date/time and a QR code to scan if they want to track the wait list on their phone.
DMV Check In allows a business to post a QR code to check in also. The QR Code leads to a single page check in that allows customers to pick from the choices you design. After check in, they are sent to the status page where they can watch the wait list live on their phone.
Customers can monitor the wait list and track their expected wait directly on their phone. Each ticket printed gives a QR code that links to a mobile display showing the different departments and the queue.
Our active TV display will show customer queues using any standard TV in either portrait or landscape mode. Customers can use this to see just how long their wait may be. The display can also be connected to external sound to call out numbers as they are requested.
Staff computers can choose from different displays that show the status of each customer, the wait list and let them call the next person to their workstation.
